Tucson's La Cholla Airpark is a private residential airpark, located in Oro Valley. Residents there enjoy taxiing their personal aircraft to their own homes. Many homes here are built upon acre plus lots, with several having terrific views of the Catalina Mountains and many are valued in excess of one million dollars. This is private property and the neighborhood streets themselves are taxi ways for aircraft, which always have the right of way.
