The Fourth Avenue District is within walking distance from downtown and the University of Arizona'a main gate.

Indeed, Fourth Ave is very popular with the students, but also with local community, who feel free to express themselves in many unnique ways. Stroll along Fourth Ave and experience it's many shops, cafe's & restaurants.

Nightlife is another big draw, with several lively bars and nightclubs, some offering live music as well.

The Hisroric Trolley is a fun ride for the whole family, operated by the non-profit Old Pueblo Trolley Society.

Not to be missed is the semi-annual Fourth Avenue Street Fair, when what seems all of Tucson shows up to enjoy the arts, crafts, great food and entertainment during our wonderful Spring or Fall weather.

Many different styles of architecture and unique homes, some built almost a century ago, can be found in the area, with strong property values seemingly unaffected by fluctuating economics.
